I'm so proud of myself! 

我勁呀今日！

I made an über-delicious baked pork chop with fried rice in tomato sauce!!! 

成功煮咗一個非常美味嘅茄汁焗豬扒飯！

And Chinese red bean soup with rock sugar and mandarin zest!!!!

重有冰糖柑皮紅豆沙！好香甜呀！

However, the pan-fried Chinese mushroom tomato pork flat noodles with egg was not so good...

噚日個乾炒蕃茄東菇肉絲蛋河就唔得啦，

It tasted good but didn't have the 'wok-chi' i was looking for in the same authentic Chinese dish..

味就可以，但一D鑊氣都無。

I haven't had any quality sleep these days. 

我呢幾日都瞓得唔係幾好，

I was tossing n turning until like 2pm and woke up at around 11-12noon. 

重要典嚟典去都差唔多兩點先瞓到，十一二點先起身。

That's what I did when I was in high school n university... 

呢個生理時鐘係中大學時先有，

Maybe my life is really too layback and 'hea' nowadays...

而家可能太悠閒啦！

過咗一個懶洋洋嘅星期六早上之後，

We headed to the city centre to have dinner with APe's childhood friends!

我地去咗市中心同芬蘭猴童年死黨食飯！

We reserved around an hour to walk around the city centre 

下奏四點鍾扺達市中心時天已經黑齊⋯但喺成個市中心非常之靚，

They have Christmas lights and decorations everywhere already!!! 

有點點嘅聖誕裝飾同燈為整條街道添上節日氣氛同生命力！

On 3 Dec, when the Christmas market opens we will go and check it out.

十二月三日聖誕市集開幕時我哋會再嚟，期待！

Dinner was in a fusion restaurant called Shanghai Cowboy which serves Mexican food!!!

六點我哋去咗一間叫上海牛仔嘅墨西哥融合菜餐廳食晚餐。

Hahahaha! Food was rather expensive given the small portions and unexpectedly sweet salsa dip and biscuits like Nachos...

價錢比較貴因為碟頭細之餘啲菜式如墨西哥薄脆片竟然係薄餅樣，莎莎醬竟然係甜嘅！

Anyway it was the company that counts! I enjoyed the conversation and the new friends!

今晚，有良朋，有歡笑。

Cooking with Love 愛心住家飯

I had a wonderful though tiring day today!

今日雖然好累但好開心呀！

My beautiful morning started with APe home-officing. 

首先芬蘭猴Home office 

He made Toivo and I such a heartwarming and nutritious breakfast! 

預備咗愛心早餐等我同丞宗起身食，

Then he continued to work while I did housework. 

跟著佢就做嘢，我做家務。

On the once-in-a-lifetime sunny Finnish winter afternoon, we went to Lidl to get ingredients for making hamburgers for dinner. 

下奏我哋去Lidl買材料整漢堡包做晚餐。

The patty was not juicy nor well-seasoned yet APe was super happy hahahaha! 

個扒唔夠汁又唔夠香，但芬蘭猴食等好開心！

He even made onion rings and pan fried tomatoes for me because pregnant women cannot have raw food.

佢重特登煎咗D蕃茄同整洋蔥圈因大肚婆一定要食熟嘢。

Does anyone of you have a nice hamburger recipe?

Today is Black Friday and you can see discount everywhere!

Martin Markkinat in Helsinki 愛沙尼亞聖誕市集

Last weekend we took the metro to Ruoholahti to visit an Estonian market called Martin Markkinat. 
早兩日去咗Ruoholahti站附近為愛沙尼亞舉辦嘅室內聖誕市集，

There we doing a lot of yummy food and beverage, artisan goods under a festive atmosphere! 
好多嘢食，好多手作仔買，重好有氣氛添！

The Finnish market will starts on 3rd Dec!!! Can't wait!
