回覆刪除Hey Iris! I'm still trying to improve the quality of the dumpling wrappers! When I try to boil them in soup they are not as tasty as the wrappers become a little floury!

刪除Life here is very relaxing! Sometimes I feel like the rubberband in my brain has been stretched too much and too hard for too long it's quite hard for me to adjust to the slow pace of life now. Yet, I have nothing to complain! I love it here! When you have time and is somewhere in Europe, come visit us for 1 or 2 days if we are in Helsinki! Cheers!

刪除The dumplings were super good, thank you my love for making them! Dumplings is one of my fauvorite Asian food. My dad, Maria and Daniel loved also the dumplings! We are bringing Asia to Finland. Also the Asian food that we made last saturday was super delicious!!! Our kitchen is starting to look like a Asian kitchen... check the photos hahahahahaha
回覆刪除Well u know that your APe is a fisherman! Now you know how its and yes some times its quite brutal. When you have small lahna in the nets we give them to the nature. Birds, foxes and other animals need food and we r helping them. The fish in the nets have many times suffered and are injured. So the best thing is to let them out of their missery and pain by killing them. Sorry you had to see such a brutal action in the boat.

刪除One thing in Hong Kong was a little strange to me... peeling all the fruits! In Finland we dont peel Finnish fruits and many imported fruits are not peeled. No wax in Finnish apples!!!!!
